Model assistance

So, I've been struggling with the newest release of my skin, having a weird model issue that I can't seem to figure out on my own, and if any one else can have a look and possibly fix it, I would be greatly indebted to you.
My model zechs_flight suffers from an issue where if you are a certain distance away, the head disappears, which obviously is awkward and weird and I can't figure out what I did wrong when I put it together.
If anyone with modelling skill could take a look at it, and possibly fix it, I would love that. If you don't, well you'll see a headless Zechs approaching from a distance.
