[LSA&T] Base Commander Simulation
351.18 / 1400 GST, Outside the Simulation Room
After missing my annual lesson last time, I figured it would be nice to do something a bit more exciting. I'm sure there are a few students that are eager to do this again, the last time this kind of simulation was done was quite a while ago!
In any case, Base Commander is almost as it sounds. Once in the simulator, a series of scenarios will start, at the beginning of each one, one of you will be selected as a commander of the others. This is to teach the commanders the parts of being a successful leader, such as organizational skills as well as communication. But also for the subordinates, the rest of you, to learn how to use your skills effectively in a larger team environment, as well as following orders.
