Sandboxie Dual-clienting

I was told that Sandboxie was the tool commonly used for dual-clienting on Jedi Academy, but I have attempted to dual-client a few times, but with no luck.

Whenever I run jamp.exe through sandboxie itself, it comes back with the error message "Couldn't load mpdefault.cfg"

By contrast, if jamp.exe is right-clicked and told to "Run Sandboxed", it then comes back with the error message (it appears the game will run then)

"GLW_StartOpenGL() - could not load OpenGL subsystem"

Running and not running as a UAC adminstrator with both methods produce the exact same results. Also I'm attempting to run in the default sandbox.

Anyone able to help with this?

For the record, I am willing to try any other method you all might use. Anything?

OpenJK allows you to have as many clients as you want.

Although the servers only allow 3 connections from each IP.

The way that I would dual client involved disc copies of the game.

The directory for Jedi Academy is of course: C:\Program Files (x86)\LucasArts\Star Wars Jedi Knight Jedi Academy\GameData\base

I copied the "Star Wars Jedi Knight Jedi Academy" folder and pasted it again into the Lucasarts folder. Afterwards, I renamed it to "jk3" and simply launch both jamp.exe files from both Gamedata folders and they worked fine.

Combined with my usual Steam client, this allowed me to use up to 3 clients. :)

I thought OpenJK wasn't compatible with RPmod. Unfortunately my anti-virus software HATEs OpenJK, keeps identifying it as a false positive and removes necessary files, making it unusable.

I might give that a try later on.

Sorry to bring this back to life, but even when dual clienting either my game crashes with openjk or I get a vm error when I try and launch with the jamp.exe file instead.

Edit: I have reason to believe that the custom RPmod animations cause the client to crash when in the same 'map zone' as someone using them, even in spectate.
