• Reason For Request: I've been studying Niman for quite some time now. This is just a continuation of the training I've already had with the form.
  I want to expand on my knowledge a bit from more than just the basics of each other form that I can incorporate into my way of using Niman.

• Additional Information: I've had lessons before this request, and have been studying and using this form for years now.
