I remember offering to assist you with this ability a few years back; my apologies that a research trip took me away. If you're still alright with me heading the lesson, I'll be happy to take this on for you. Mind you, I will be unable to teach practical ability as I'm not versed in practical usage myself. That's not to say that I'll be unable to teach you about the theory and how you're meant to perform it however! Which is just what I think you want.

I'll find you around the enclave sometime, if we don't manage to meet up by fate, we'll manage it with a schedule.
