Martial arts and basic hand-to-hand combat

I'm mostly available around 1300 - 1700 GST on a daily basis, unless something is up.

I wish to advance in unarmed combat, as I was taught basic self-defense techniques at a young age, but never practiced them.

My dad used to teach me some of this stuff. It'll be fun to go over these things again, and if possible, help out.
