Going back to the roots with this one. We will be discussing the popular form of empty meditation, how it works, what exactly happens and the theories behind it. We will take an in-depth look at how exactly one can establish a full connection to the force and how they can become more attuned to the force itself. We will gather how many view the force, and how they picture it in ones mind to establish a meditative state, then I will show you my technique, putting what was discussed into a practical exercise.

It is worth attending, even though you may know how to perform empty meditation, the practical exercise I have planned and the theory behind it may provide some kind of learning experience for you.

Hello everyone,

As some already are aware, I have been visiting Ossus quite alot lately and training under Jedi Knight Bala Dorsic who is the Sage Master of the branch. Due to our department being vacant, I have decided to join them frequently to keep up with my studies until someone fills the position here. But I want to inform you all that I plan to bring back with me some interesting knowledge and new techniques I have learnt whilst being away, so even if you know of empty meditation, it is worth attending!

The location has been changed and I want everyone to meet me at the back garden of the Praxeum instead of the diplomacy wing. We will be leaving the Praxeum for this lesson so I suggest bringing refreshments and any outdoor necessaries you may need.
