The ability of what is known as 'Alter Environment', requesting both a theory and practical lecture at an introductory standard.

• Reason For Request:

I had heard of this ability when I was younger, as a student here. But I was not ready for such a hurdle. Now I wish to go back to this very hurdle and grasp what knowledge I can of what appears to be a very useful ability for a wide range of situations we may encounter.

• Additional Information:

I am not a hundred percent certain if anyone in our branch possesses a firm understanding of this ability, both theory and practically, but I had thought it would be worth requesting as it may save me a trip to another branch.
