Following up on our previous lesson on introducing you all to Force Healing techniques, I wish to look at the different abilities that can be used to effectively 'revitalise' an individual, restoring energy and stamina, helping to banish fatigue and allow you to push past your natural endurance by drawing upon the energies of the Force.

We'll do this as a practical class, so do please attend wearing loose and comfortable clothing, and be prepared to engage in a lot of heavy physical activity that will help push you to a state in which you'll be better able to apply the techniques learned.
