JEDI Comport

I guess this is more of a suggestion from the admin side of things though I think the current system we have for spawning in effects, npcs and rpmodels is quite tedious. I think a system like the Makersmod which essentially allows you to drop, click and drag these entities into the game and place them down with the same accuracy that coordinates would give you.
