Greetings, everyone,

I've decided that I want to work on teaching everyone a basic revitalisation technique, effectively the first of the major Healing techniques used by Jedi. In addition to the technique itself, I want to cover some of the basics of the effects of the Force on the body, and how interacting with it can affect Jedi, in particular.

This will largely be a theory lesson, with some meditative practical, so if you're expecting combat and excitement...wrong class, I'm afraid. But I do hope you'll find some of what we work with valuable, particularly in aiding your access to the Force over time.

I realise it's a little short notice, but I hope nobody has any objection to that. I'll see you there, with any luck!
