- Time, Date & Location: 383.12 ABY, 1530hrs GST, Rannon Enclave
Additional Information:
Hello everyone,
Per a few recent discussions, I've decided to host a class on the basics of meditation, going through some of the simpler techniques, and then moving into something a little more active, for those who want to move up to the next level of competency.
Hope to see you all there!

Class Completed, 383.12 ABY
Attendees
In the next few weeks, consider one moment when you become particularly emotional in some fashion (whether angry, frustrated, sad, elated etc), and meditate on that feeling. Concentrate on the sensation, and reflect on the reasons for feeling that way, how it made you feel (physically and psychologically), and how you handled it. Write this in your journal, and let me know when it is done.
