- A class escorted by Master Yyn and Master Astra to Radra IV to attend a class on the Three Pillars of the Jedi
- During the class the machinery slipped on the wall, causing a cascading rockslide down into the base of the pit.
- Master Astra fell from the top of the pit, before being caught by Knight Lorv of Radra IV.
- Master Astra is in a critical condition outlined by this notice from the Medical Department.
- Any student who has met, interacted or hears information of a Jedi Knight Wickaq Poipi please contact a Knight immediately.
- Security footage shows Master Astra dueling with a masked individual.
- Damage from the duel is what caused the rockslide.

- The masked individual is believed to be Master Wickaq Poipi, a Zabrak knight. Following the incident, his whereabouts have not been accounted for.

In my opinion this is a simply tragic affair. It is a blessing from the force that no one other than Master Astra was hurt in the cascade.
My recommendations are as follows...
- (Council) Engage the Jedi Shadows to track down and locate Master Poipi.
- Encourage the Medical Department to run routine health checks on all present, checking for issues relating to dust inhalation.
- Request the FM&T, Artisans, Medical and Archives work collaboratively to ascertain what could of potentially caused Master Astras condition.
