It has been brought to my attention that the dietary habits of the Enclave are a little on the unhealthy side - too many burgers being consumed, according to the purchasing logs! - and without B-52 to cook healthier meals for you, it seems many have fallen into bad habits which may eventually affect your health.
As such, Valgam and I wish to host a lesson on what a healthy diet actually looks like, and with some cooking lessons thrown in that will show you how to prepare quick-and-easy meals that are both nutritious and delicious! We'll meet in the Cantina around 1500hrs GST for a late lunch and discussion.
