Subject Details
Lightsaber Arts and Theory - Introduction to Soresu
Time, Date & Location
1530hrs GST, 391.27 ABY, Rannon Enclave Arena
Additional Information
Greetings, students,
I would like to begin conducting lessons in the various Lightsaber Forms, so that those students who have already begun their studies can advance them a little, and those who have yet to progress beyond Shii-Cho can enjoy a taster introduction. Although Makashi would be the best way to begin (being Form II), I will confess that my knowledge of that one is far substandard to, say, Master Delmi, so I will begin with a Form with which I am far better acquainted: Soresu.
Thus, if all interested parties would report to the Arena promptly at 1530, we'll talk a little about the mindset and technique applied by Soresu practitioners, and go through a few exercises designed to improve your skills in that vein.
I will note that all students are eligible to attend this lesson, whether you've passed your Basic Proficiency Examination or not, since this is designed as a taster lesson rather than full formal instruction on Form III.
Any questions - feel free to direct them to my message inbox or approach me directly. See you all soon!
Regards,
Teynara
