• Reason For Request: I've had lessons and discussions about the Force as a whole, and Force abilities, but I don't think I've read or talked much about how it works with us. I want to know more about where Force energy comes from, how it flows around us, how it's stored in our bodies, and how our bodies use that energy to let us use the abilities we've been trained to use.

My friend Joar, I would be honored for joining you in this lesson. I am holding within me my own viewing of the Force's connections, but I am thinking that is the philosophical moreover than much else. Is there any mentors willing for giving these teachings to us?
