[COMPLETED] JFR certification

- Subject Requested: JFR certification
- Public/Private Lesson: At master's discretion.
- Availability: I'm around most afternoons. ((~1500-1800 most days except Wed/Fri Tuesdays and weekends can go later.))
- Reason For Request: I'd like to be able to travel for future diplomacy responsibilities. Might be interested in also certifying for service in the aces.
- Additional Information: I've done two simulated sessions of basic flight and one private flight lesson in the sim.
