Let's talk, I've got a lot of free time

• Reason For Request:

Last year I came in contact with force energies that were malevolent, and angry. I worry that my lack of experience will be to my detriment in the field. I also have recently been allowed access to the Vaults on Rannon, and the energies in there are... overwhelming. I'd like to learn how to mentally defend myself from more malevolent and wayward force energies, and "mind tricks"

• Additional Information:

I know often people will see private on a class request and ask to join in. I'd like if this one stayed completely private. I have a hard time learning with more than just a few people, and this subject is very serious and personal to me. There are things I have to share that I would like to stay confidential.

What kind of meditations have you finished, Xishala? The way this lesson can be taught depends on which of these are available to you?

I'm capable of Empty meditation, but most adept at Moving meditation, further, I've recently learned the ability to go deeper inside of myself to touch and interact with my Intrinsic Energy.
