Hey Rutrik,
I've had a talk with master Rav'i and Serir and they have both agreed to the following; Serir is one of the many in the galaxy, but a few around the Praxeum who are able to inform you firsthand of what this ability means.
Since I am very intrigued about this topic, as well, I will oversee Serir's lesson.
