- Subject Requested: Form One
- Public/Private Lesson: Master's discretion
- Availability: From 1100 to 2300 everyday, with the exception of 410.25, 410.28, 411.06, and 411.11.
- Reason For Request: This is the next on the list that Master Anya has gave me.
- Additional Information: I know that Form One is also known as Shii-Cho and that it's focus is on disarming your opponent. Master Anya also taught me the six zones.
