This request has piqued my interest. I have done this myself during my student years and continued to do so after I was knighted. As I understand from your short request for a class "I think it is time for me to be more in tune with my training hilt"
I believe it's the meditative state you're most interested in - as paired with a defensive form it becomes an impenetrable fortress. I would like you to accept my wish to train you regarding this - just let me know when and if you would want it.
