General law and crime, aswell as specific to Jedi.
Public.
Anytime you think has best 'turnout'. ((Personally I'm available anytime past 1200 except on wednesdays which would be after 1600 instead))
In precedent class on 'Morals' and 'Ethics'. It is learned things that is natural to me can be 'crime'. If as Jedi and out in galaxy one day, then better avoid getting 'arrested', or in general. It is also interesting to know, if there is law that is specific to Jedi, like if 'telepathy' was 'illegal' in places, example. Or if Jedi can forgo some laws, then which and where.
I am insect. I do not know well of laws. I know from first ethics class that 'stealing' is taking objects. Killing is obvious. I do not know well the rest.

Time is already named Time. Maybe I would call it Unifying Force, since it is also all of Time. I will contact you.
