• A grand wedding ceremony took place on Nar Shaddaa. The union between Rotta and Zelkra was a lavished spectacle that saw a rare moment of peace between the clans.
• The only incident reported was a would be assassin pointing a blaster at the pair during the ceremony, but they were quickly reprimanded by one of the Hutt's bodyguards.

• Upon arriving on Nar Shaddaa, the Jedi were greeted by Rotta, Zelka, and D-37 who had been under it's protection. The Jedi were provided security detail and were advised to be alert of any suspicious individuals before the wedding ceremony took place.
• They managed to contain one of the potential assassins before the ceremony started. Another was apprehended during the ceremony. They were equipped with weapon components and in the case of the assassin who made it to the ceremony, a fully assembled blaster made from similar weapon components.

• During the mission briefing, it was emphasized that we were there as body guards. Not Jedi. As such we were not allowed to neither carry our lightsabers nor use obvious force abilities during the mission. Instead we were equipped with blasters. Jedi presence there was to remain a secret to everyone with the exception of Zelkra and Rotta. If Jedi presence was detected at the ceremony, it would make the Hutts look weak and ruin any potential coordination versus the new and upcoming cartels.
• During the mission briefing we were also informed that should the ceremony become a free fire zone, Antarian rangers were on stand by with an escape shuttle prepared.
• We were informed by the Hutts and D-37 that the assassins would be trying to retrieve weapon components during the pre-ceremony. We had no way of knowing who were the most likely suspects as everyone on the guest list were potential enemies. This made using our sensory force abilities useless as the room was filled with deceit and bad intentions.
• While investigating potential suspects during the party, I met a twi'lek who didn't come across as particularly suspicious. After speaking with her for a few minutes I decided it was best to check her for any strange objects she might be carrying just in case. I *uh* patted her down and I felt what seemed to be the chamber of a blaster. I requested she escort me to a private room where once there, I destroyed the door panel to the room sealing her inside. That was all that happened with her...
• With one of the assassins sealed away, we still felt the presence of imminent danger. There were still some key suspects present during the ceremony like a wookie and another twi'lek. We decided to stand close behind them and observe for any hostile action. Sure enough the twi'lek stood and was prepared to fire but Zhu'shk quickly pulled out his blaster placed it on her. She was quick to sit back down. The rest of the mission proceeded without incident.

• While it was not totally without incident, I think this may prove to be a good thing. The Hutts look strong when an assassination attempt is foiled. That assassin standing up in front of everyone and pulling out a blaster caused a big scene. No doubt the Hutts are pleased with how it turned out.

In my opinion..

My recommendations are as follows...

• Follow up with Rotta on coordinating further operations that would eliminate the upcoming cartel's criminal activity.
• The humiliation of the failed assassination attempt will no doubt anger the person or organization behind it. We should keep our eyes peeled for any further attempts on their lives.
