I feel that I am ready for, I meditate five times a day so my mind is always clear and focused.

It's been some time since I've offered tutelage to the general student body in this area, though one I'm quite familiar with.

You've most likely read the term "Burst Telekinesis" in your archival research, this is what we will start on. It can be quite taxing on both body and mind so I'll expect you to carry out your own physical and mental preparations prior to our lesson.
