• Reason For Request:

I asked Master Minoda some time ago on what my next steps to expand my knowledge on the Force should be, specifically my senses. He said moving meditation would be a good next step, so I want to follow through. I'd also like to be able to center myself better, meditate and clear my mind, as I get more active in lightsaber arts. I do a lot more as I get older.
