Thank you Master Helios for including me and Kesruma in this class. I feel I learned a lot and I will keep working to be stronger so I can keep up and do better sidesteps. If there is any further instruction you or San'ago or Akira wish to give please let me know. I thought about weighting my training hilt? Or maybe making a fake weighted one for stance and movement training?
