[CLOSED] Teleport Glitch

I've just noticed this in the server. When I teleport, or when anyone teleports, the sounds are glitched, providing a sort-of major echoed version of the sound, plus there is no fade-in, fade-out animation. I tried it with myself and Alanya, and we both experienced the problem.
