If possible:

I've noticed that with "melee mode" storm (lightning) that the arcs only originate from the left hand. Could they be fixed to come from both?

Also, could it be fixed so that level 1-3 requires both hands to control the arcs (requiring the player to be in "melee mode"), and 4-5 can be with a saber out, exampling a mastery of controlling them.

Well no, since the use of both hands means more lightning, more powerful, etc. and the contrary with one hand.
