Force Template Saving

This is a question I haven't been entirely sure of, and I'm asking this to hopefully make it clear to me.

On the Force UI, if you buy a power, and ONLY hit the standard Apply Powers button, does it save to your template like with the RP Mod Validate powers bit?

No.

You have to select Validate, then Save Template, then apply. Anything else sometimes causes problems.
