Impact Damage

While sparring today with the Force and doing a lot of pushing...

, and after talking with Aknaross, I realized that there's no damage done when knocking someone into a wall or such things. I know that when you fall, damage is encountered, but what if that damage could also be attributed to hitting a wall at a certain speed or from a certain distance? Basically like turning fall damage on its side to apply to a wall as well.
Just a thought/suggestion that I think would be pretty dag cool if possible

I know its possible (seeing as its in MB2)...ADDING ONTO THIS TOPIC: it would be nice also have the effect where if pushed into another both of you fall down...Anyways /support Gabe.

Would this also apply to using Hold to bash someone into a wall/object?
I say aye.

My character is invulnerable, this is an unrealistic suggestion in that light.

It's a good suggestion but I think great care should be taken as to not over-power it and make it the objective in every spar from now on.
If it were to only to deal health damage (and only a small amount) then it would stop people from spam-pushing others into walls for novelty yet it would prove very usefull against NPCs and on Missions. (Where they only have health meters)
Conditional Support.

Good suggestion. It's done in SP, so I assume it can done easily. However, knocking someone into someone else, that seems a bit unrealistic. I don't think that the engine is built to work that heavily into physics.

I still say Soh makes a JA Mod for Quake 4.

I think the advantage one gains if you successfully push someone over is sufficient, and to then inflict further damage on them at a higher level opens the power to abuse.
Eg: If I push a youngling over, I'd clearly control it to not injure them.
If I pushed Gabe over, he's competent enough to not get hurt by it.
So who then am I trying to hurt? NPCs?
On the other hand, granting a higher level neutral ability offensive capabilities would perhaps prevent so many people from attempting to buy Dark Side/Dangerous powers like choke and storm (which FYI NO PADAWAN should be learning).
I'm on the fence but I agree that it's yet another thing that could be spammed. But as always when you spar and you don't want to deal with this, say 'Saber only, no Force please' and if they cheat, you shun them forever!

Well, to be honest, you don't often find yourself sparring near to walls, so it's one of those things that I doubt you could spam (unless your opponent was dumb enough to stay close to a wall!). Realistically, though, if you got thrown into a wall, it'd hurt at least a little, and moreso at the higher levels - more force = greater impact. So I'm all in agreement for adding it, but as Master Quell says, anyone spamming it is just asking for trouble (and demonstrating, as sometimes happens, that you can't spar and win without it!).

When I said "spam" I didn't necessarily mean somebody continuously pushing a person into the same wall for impact damage combos.
I meant I can picture people having push wars, trying to knock eachother into walls.
What we have then is a rally of loud push sound effects as well the potential of sending bystanders around the room involuntarily.
It's still a good suggestion but i'd limit the effect so it's not ultimately more attractive than our traditional methods of sparring.

/disagree too much work too little result, ability like that would be exclusive to people as powerful as Gabe rendering it useless and unfair to newer players, too much work for too little use

I have to agree with Yon. Anyone with Level 4 or 5 Push, would have this god-like ability to damage people with their massive pushes, and it would be completely unfair to younger students, and even Knights who get Pushed by this.

Aren't Masters supposed to be somewhat 'difficult' to defeat?
