This came up in the OOC forum and I thought it might be mentioned here.

Is there a way to make force powers more/less effective when certain requirements are met? I.E., Heal heals for more when your not moving, or Hold and Lightning being more effective when your not moving. In some cases, these differences need not be massive, but subtle.

I know base JKA already has this for Grip, Lightning, and Push, but is there any way to build upon that with the movement parameter, or even add in additional boosts to Pull, Heal Other, etc.?

Something like this is done in Movie Battles 2, Pull for instance, when a gunner class is running and a jedi uses pull, they pull them to the ground, same thing with push. when they are walking or standing still and braced however they only get pushed back and remain standing, and the only way for Jedi to get affected was if their FP was low enough (There's a force block stat to determine when this happens). I don't know if we want to make Jedi immune unless low, but I think it would make sparring and battles where force is in full use, have a little more strategy to them if additional effects, boosts, or resistances were put into place.
