Oneness

During times of stress and intense action some Jedi have gained a level of "oneness" with the Force, accelerating their abilities temporarily via a larger level of channeling Force energy. Some fight harder, some have higher endurance, others have amp'd up TK, or reflexes, etc etc.

I'm wondering if this can be implemented in the mod somehow. I haven't given much thought to it, however.

Thoughts? Suggestions?

Now that I think about it more, empowering would just be as sufficient. Minus fifty points for me.

This topic will self-destruct in 3...2...1...

so.. a bit like..

but Rhysode immersed himself completely in the Force

that?
---------------------------WOOKIEEPEDIA ARTICLE <Ganner>------
Rhysode strode to the entrance, where he challenged the Yuuzhan Vong dramatically, one man against thousands of warriors. They began by taking him on in single combat, honorable challenges. When Rhysode defeated all comers, the Yuuzhan Vong began to move against him in larger and larger groups, but Rhysode immersed himself completely in the Force, defeating all those who came against him and building a heap of dead. He took numerous minor wounds in the process, receiving venomous amphistaff bites, but his state of complete oneness with the Force allowed him to continue fighting. Barely conscious of what he was doing, but finally reconciled to his desire to act the hero, he tore the doors off the building and ripped the statues of the Core Founders from their pedestals, employing them in a massive telekinetic storm around him. Finally, when all his opponents were killed, a tank beast was brought against him with infantry support. In response, he brought down much of the senate dome on himself and the tank beast, killing it and himself.[2]

Based on the fact that we're all stupidly overpowered: I'd say either use 'empower' for this, or have various templates where you have powered down levels and you go full tilt in times of extreme concentration.

Eg: on a day to day basis you use hold 3 and push 2 but in extreme circumstances you use hold 5 and push 5.

I personally don't think its worth implementing as a game mechanic as this is something that appeals more to a sense of drama and RP.

Amen.

Could it be possible for Soh to make the "setpowerX Y" cheat code into an admin command, and thus avoid the "overkill" of giving out ALL the powers? Also considering that empower sets everything at level 3, rather than 4 or 5.

Empower already does everything level 3, it will even make your 4 and 5 powers go to three, which screwed me over in a certain mission :-/
