Put the vehicles pack in the rpmod folder not the base.

You're not loading RPMod, then. Download it here, or use the custom launcher if it's already installed.

Did you toss all of your vehicle mods into RPMod, JA+, or some other mod folder besides your base?

Yes, but it's the vehicles pack from our server you need. And, seriously, drop it ALL in your Base folder, so it loads automatically from the start. Dropping it in the RPMod folder means that the mod needs to activate first, and it's more convenient to have them all do it at once.

Anyway, this is the file you need for vehicles:

Vehicles Pack

Download it, unzip it, shove it in your base folder, et voila.

Um... If you only downloaded our vehicle pack, make sure it's in the RPMod folder. Also, get Pakscape and go into a few of the files in your base that you aren't sure about the contents. If they have ext_data/vehicles in them, it's a vehicle mod, and you should put it in a mod folder, not base :)

P.S. Aslyn, if he dumps it all in his base and has too many vehicle/NPC mods, he risks a game-stopping bug.

There are no vehicles included in people's skins.
There IS a JEDI vehicle pack though. Mines is in my RPMOD folder, not my BASE folder. I also have other vehicles that come in other maps yet I can still join the server.

It sounds like, for some reason, the mod is not correctly starting before you attempt to join the server.
Or there are some hidden vehicles in other maps you may have downloaded.

If your base is empty other than what you find on the forums, you should have no problem joining the server.

I dunno. I've got the DOA Flight map as well as the JEDI Vehicles pack, in addition to every single skin, map and mod file we use (other than the natural RPMod install), and I've had no problems at all. So I'm not so sure about that one. The only difference is that I have to take the Vehicles pack out of my base folder when I use the solo match system to test skins :P

The only issues you get from placing the vehicles in base is when trying to play without rpmod. I have everything in my base folder, not rpmods. He's either A) Not loading the mod via the correct icon or B) ..i don't have a B lol

Thread moved to Help and Support

As several people suggested, you need to launch RPMod from the shortcut the installer placed on your desktop and Start menu. Otherwise BaseJKA gets loaded first and can't handle the numerous vehicles we have in our pack.
