JEDI Comport

I noticed today during Master Kevari's and Master Feraan's mission that when the credits and mission title etc were appearing, Master Kevari had to repeatedly push the bind many times so that the text would not disappear. Would it be possible to make it so the text appears:

1) Until the user hits the bind again
2) For a certain amount of time. Perhaps a few seconds at a time
3) Make it so the user is able to control when it appears, and how long it does.

Questions, comments, concerns?

It is already possible to set the center say duration server-side in a script (or with God admin), but being able to set it from the /rpcentersay command would be handy, yes. I'll add it to the TODO list.
