Underwater breathing devices

I'm sure a lot of us have seen in Star Wars episode 1 when Qui-gon and Obi-Wan went underwater and used breathing devices. I was wondering if there was a way to add that into rpmod. Also for example some species such as Mon Calamari, Nautalon (excuse my spelling) etc can breathe or hold the breath for a long periods of time underwater so that may be good to add in.

This has been posted before. It's either one or the other from what I remember. Either everyone can breath under water or no one.
