Spectating chat range transparency

When you spectate someone right now, you still get all public chats in full transparency. I think it would be neat if when you're spectating them you get the same chat transparency levels as the player.

Agreed. It can be dizzying to spectate a player and still have to listen to everything when the server has many people on it.

Does/can/will the game calculate ranges from spectator the same way that it will for players?

I'd support ythat idea, as long as it's even possible. It is confusing to read all over everything when you spec someone...

As long as it can be toggled independantly of regular chat fade-out, everyone will be happy.
