I was watching Jamus and Corinth spar just now, and I saw that Saber Defense 5 blocks lightning before it hits absorb. I was thinking it should be the other way around when someone has absorb on.
Though I'm not entirely sure that specification is possible.

If it is possible to swap it, I support. If it's not, too bad for "realism".

I actually believe that the way it now is is more realistic.
The saber blocks and absorbs the energy. From what we know about lightsaber blades, at some point, the absorption of this energy is going to make the blade unstable. At which point it'll branch off...and the user starts to absorb it manually.
Makes perfect sense to me.

Though I see the point of the suggestion, I have to agree with Corinth on this.

C-C-C-COMBO BREAKER!!!
I don't think that the specification is possible with the code.
Question though, Def 5 only blocks lightning if you are facing the attacker?
