I'm not sure if this has been suggested or not, but here it goes...

I'd like it if those of us with Level Two push and higher could knock "Normal" people down.

I was thinking it could work like ledge grab, but the chances are greater as you level up. Lower levels could have a higher penalty. I think someone with level two push could knock a civilian, who isn't trained to block it, down easily. Thoughts?

Yeah that would be quiet good actually I think, would certainly erase all the spamming usage when trying to get close to someone with Pulling or Pushing them into something during an RP segment.
