Force Power Icons

I know this is a double tap on the suggestion boards, but this one's just an aesthetic thing.

Was wondering if the "sided" Force power icons in-game could be made neutral like the core powers instead of the baby blue Light Side powers and red Dark Side powers. Kind of like it was in Jedi Outcast single player.

I'd like that.

I think a bit of a re-vamp of the force power icons wouldn't hurt at all.

At the same time though, the color differences are important visually when scrolling through abilities. Maybe something a little more offensive/defensive geared? Deeper blue and yellow? Something that matches the currently existing UI color scheme.

I agree, it's fitting with what has been done thus far in the mod.

Time to chip in my two cents :D. I think they should be colored relative to how they help you. Those that support you, maybe help you absorb damage (absorb, protect) should be maybe white, which supposedly symbolizes protection. Something stealthy (Mind Trick) could either be clear, or maybe something that symbolizes concealment, or stealth. Perhaps a dark gray surrounding the eye and a little bit of light coloring on the eye of the MT holocron (Silver?) to symbolize maybe being able to see through the cloak you are putting out to everybody else. Maybe the heals can be green to represent growth and restoration to organic materials. I don't know. Just a suggestion :).

I recall (or perhaps I'm misremembering) a conversation with Fabien regarding icons, and I believe he said he didn't want to change them.

Editing icons is pretty straight forward, and not all that complex, especially if its just a hue change.

winRAR and pakscape are free, so is GIMP. Have at it guys, DIY.
