Single Player?

I am a jedi hopeful trying to get on the ::JEDI:: servers and ran into a little problem....

So anyway after about two hours of trying to get Rpmod working It starts(AT LAST!) but in single player? Does any one know why?

I am using the steam version of the game. and a Jamp short cut with +set fs_game rpmod

Did you launch using the 'JAMP with RPmod' icon? if not then that may be your problem. it should be on your desktop, if not check your programs list and it should be down under 'RPmod Client'.

I am using a shortcut called "Jedi Academy Multiplayer with RPMod" is that it?

Right-click on Jedi Academy in your Steam library and choose Multiplayer (or just double click and choose Multiplayer from the dialog box). You must launch JA from Steam itself for RPMod to work.

When I start it from steam and try to join a server this comes up.

Vehicle Extentions ('Vah)

Are to large

It either has to be ::JEDI:: Galaxy or ::JEDI:: Temple I believe.

Solo mode, creating your own server, joining another, doesn't work.

Make sure all your vehicle pk3 files are in your RPmod folder, that should fix that issue.

Also make sure you have the current JEDI_vehicles pack in RPmod folder.

Its the main temple server and only the Vehicle pk3? or all of the Jedi pk3s?

I have all of the JEDI_ PK3 files in the Rpmod folder

This works in base also, so either or. But yes, make sure you have the vehicle pack in either base folder or RPMod folder.

Um, otherwise it sounds like you have too many maps with vehicles in them to me. Not quite sure what else to suggest..

He could create a folder in base and drop all the maps he knows have vehicles included in the map pk3, that will lower the count that are picked up on game start-up.

I do but It does not start loading the map and goes back to the start screen saying Error:

Vehicle Extentions (*Veh)

Area to large

Maybe I need a Multiplayer shortcut to link with the Jedi Academy Multiplayer with RPMod since Jamp is single player only ...how do I find the multiplayer one?

I keep the strings and Animations I my RPmod folder, they still work, name some of the maps you have in base (if you have any others than alzoc3_enclave).

I took them all out since it would not work with them everything I said was in base and rpmod folders is all I have in them

I moved those two to Rpmod.
