So, earlier tonight I had some problem seeing some skins. After talking to Sasha and Delmi, I took their advice and shifted all my .pk3 files into my rpmod folder. Well, I think I took it to the extreme, I literally took everything out of base and put it into my rpmod folder and now I'm a little stuck. Whenever I connect to the server, it says I do not have the client to the RPMod. So, I'm asking, what files should I have in my base and what files should be in my rpmod folder? Thank you in advance.

assets0-3

Alternatively, you can reinstall the game.

Yeah, I put the assets back into my base and that didn't help, I'm for what it's worth, I'm trying to avoid reinstalling the game.

Shift everything back to where it originally was and then put only skins/musicpacks/levels used for JEDI in the rpmod folder.

Though to avoid over-complicating it, a reinstall would probably be cleaner at this point.

Do I have to reinstall the entire game AND RPMod, or just the RPMod?

I said to move everything related to JEDI and RPMod into the RPMod folder...... -__-

But I think at this point it would be easier to delete RPMod, reinstall JKA and then reinstall RPMod. That's what I'd do.

If you can play JA singleplayer and Base multiplayer fine your issue is with RPmod, and that is what you should fix.

Well, most everything I had in my base was JEDI related, until I looked at the rpmod folder after I tried it again and quickly found I messed up.

Due to my ultra smart brain, I figured out the problem, fixed it, and didn't need to delete or install anything.

This is because the files:
RPMod-Animations
RPMod-Client-Assets
RPMod-Client-Effects
RPMod-Client-Windows
RPMod-Strings

Where in my rpmod folder and not my base, where those actually belong. Thank you, thank you, I know, I'm awesome. But really, thank you for those that tried to help, and Delmi and Sasha for helping me in the beginning which made me screw up and than learn to figure out my problem, which in the grand scheme of things (I've been using that phrase a lot lately) made me learn two... no, three things. The third being how incredibly smart I am. :)

As far as I know, those belong in the RPmod folder though, but... oh well.

Yeah, they do, Alara.

Why you'd shift all your skins to the RPMod folder, I do not know - they work fine in Base, frankly.

Yes, the only PK3 file I have in RPMod base is the weapon pack. You don't need to shift anything.

All my stuff is in the RPmod folder, and it works... I've also thrown things in the base folder.. and they still work.

Either or really... but problem solved, case closed.
