Potential Absence
Hey everyone,
I may experience a string of inactivity in the next week or two DEPENDING on the current situation in Queensland. Remember the floods in 2011? Well right now a similar situation is happening. An ex-tropical cyclone is sort of deciding not to die and is wreaking havoc along the eastern coast of Queensland and NSW (as of today and tomorrow). So far its dropped around 5000-6000ml of water in its path and its only going to get worse due to a front coming in from the sea with will feed it a ton of moisture and potential give it the strength to reform into a cyclone. It's already dropped up to 6 tornadoes just north of Brisbane (where I'm living) and I don't see why more won't form so this is just an anticipatory post to let you guys know should I lose sudden presence around the Temple and forums, it'll have to do with the current situation. Should that happen, I'll let Rui know and he'll formally let everyone know on my situation, however until then, fingers crossed Australia stops being so friggin' wild.

That's what's going on right now. Yesterday (it's exactly the same today) the dopplar wind radar revealed this substantial amount of wind coming off the coast (reminiscent of a cyclone rotating) and it doesn't seem to be changing at all. In the future (when this stuff has dissapeared) I'll upload a picture of what a 'normal' day looks like in terms of wind. But for now: Fingers crossed!
Regards,
Arukh.

All the best, dude.

Just keep safe though I know you bunch of crazies will still be out there with your surf boards.
Thanks for letting everyone know Arukh.
Hope you and the rest of the Aussies have some luck and the whole thing blows over without any grief.
No pun intended.
