Next to this, a Consular does not have to go Force spam to survive a mission, nor does he have to give up spars. It brings different forms of combat which people will find themselves adapting to. Just my opinion, but I guess if people are that upset about it.

I'm sorry but having to build a lightsaber to have another stance is plain stupid. "Look, I've got a training lightsaber! But I can't change my stance or I'll die..." You can't change your stance from light to heavy without being trained either. Stances are very specific openings for ligh...

Another thing, Remove it from the civilian accounts, like Solider999 and stuff, there's basically no need for them to have it at all, for accounts like Soldier999 they would have electrobinoculars not seeker drones. And, remove it from Knight, Master and Council ranks as well, they won't train with...

I'd support that argument if it'd lower your saber defense through the command, while for senior students and above with custom sabers it would not.

If it's anything, I do agree with Alkur. Only high senior students would be really comfortable enough to go walking around with their body undefended like that, regardless of it being cool.
