I personally think people should just take the time to put more effort into how they RP their characters instead of putting so much focus...

I have to agree personally. I mean there is nothing wrong with coming up with new ideas, but if what we have is working just fine then why change it?

I personally like the idea of having the weapon like fly away. After all if you already have pulled one weapon and are holding on to it, you'd likely pull another weapon just to get it out of the person's hands. Though like you said this wouldn't be an issue if people would just switch to melee real...
