Basic Meditation

Anytime after today I can arrange.

•Reason For Request:
I have been trying to teach myself based on the information given to me, and I haven't got it completely down yet. Additional help would be great.

2000 GST and later tends to work best for me. Maybe early mornings also. If this doesn't work out well for you I'm happy to open up to another mentor, but we can play it by ear if you wish.
