- Open/Private Lesson:Open to all who wish to join
- Availability: I'm usually up later in the day. ((On weekdays(excluding Mondays and Fridays) it might be around 1900 or later on weekends I'm available almost all around given that I don't sleep much on Friday and Saturday. (on Mondays and Fridays I'm probably available on 1600 or later) ))
- Reason For Request: I've been pushed to see my potential in lifting objects before by Master Orion, but I have not received a formal lesson. I'm also wondering if I can get any help on larger objects.
- Additional Information: I put this as open, because this seemed more like a practice class than something informative because most that are eligible to learn the lifting/holding technique are already knowledgeable of what to do.
