Reason For Request:

I'm a brand new initiate and need to learn how to harness the force inside myself and feel it's energy internally.

As I have understood you have had basic tutoring in meditation, I am willing to go through the process with you in a few days from now. 339.13 should do fine for me at a time after 1600. Meditate at set times in the coming days and become comfortable with the technique, and also find a 'favorite' spot so we can go there during the lesson.
