  • Public/Private Lesson: Masters decision
  • Availability:I am available almost anytime. ((From 1100 GST and from the morning on weekends))
  • Reason For Request: I've heared others mention this whilst conversating and it sounded intersting and cool, I want to learn what those three pillars are and remember those throughout my training.
