• After a vision, Duneeden Council dispatched Kadvarr Tirladdik and Vosden Palooran to Myrkyr to an undisclosed facility of the Jedi Order
• After arriving on Myrkyr, a dark presence was detected under the surface of the planet. The duo continued beneath the surface to a high security prison with threats to the Jedi Order, the Force, and the Galaxy as a whole.
• We discovered that one of the ysalamiri maintaining the barrier of the prison had gotten sick. One of the prisoners was also ill.
• The cause of the Yysalamiri's illness was determined to be poisoning. It was visually located with a physical inspection, on its neck, appearing as a purple-dot rash.
• The ill prisoner had one of the marks upon his shoulder. He presented with common symptoms of mark carriers. Restless. Delirious. Fatigue. Disassociation.
• The guard that was in charge of the prisoner and the medical report could not account for discrepencies. Upon further questioning, he seemed to suffer a panic attack until some Force tampering caused his mind to rupture.
• The guard seemed unable to remember or speak aloud his dealings with an individual with the codename Opal. The facility was placed on lockdown and we pursued codename Opal up through the prison.
• Codename Opal slew several guards and ejected himself from a raised walkway to fall hundreds of meters to evade pursuit. Eventually slew another half dozen guards until he was ultimately cornered and disarmed.
• Codename Opal seemed to draw on the Dark Side of the Force. Was revealed earlier to be the newest addition to this organization.
• Faced with the consequences of his actions, and with nowhere to go, an incorporeal being appeared before Codename Opal and seemed to compel him to kill himself.

In my opinion..

A scheme was foiled at the prison. My vision seemed to subvert the outcome ultimately desired. While there was a great deal of death, much more was hopefully avoided by not allowing this plan to come to fruition.

My recommendations are as follows...

• Determine the nature of the poison that befell the ysalamiri. It seemed to cause the creature to be inversely affected by positive Force energies.
• Unmask the identity of codename Opal to determine who they might have been in contact with to cause them to become a thrall for this presence.
• If even prisoners of the Order are ending up with marks, it might be in our interest to cooperate with other force sensitive organizations to see how far these marks have spread.
