You, yourself Axem have been a major proponent of walking, as it is more realistic, rather than "bunny hopping", running and jumping to get around. Do you not see this being abused by the less committed?
I agree with Alkaiser on this point... I get extremely frustrated when people are bunny hopping around everywhere. It's completely not part of RP, and I do see this "feature" as being yet another thing that will be abused.

Abuse?

funny, as how everything is abuse anyhow...

We have new powers and new features that simply add to the game, but we are bound to restrict more and more.. because of Abuse... Frankly? Don't abuse it, and there would be no issue at all - thinking before acting...

And on terms of GamePLay it wouldn't change much, imho

Not to disrespectfully argue, but there are some people who don't and can't grasp that, due to their FFA style of play. I guess, when you've been doing FFA for the longest time, it's pretty hard to change that. ::shrugs:: Just my opinion.

I believe it is imperative not to compromise better gameplay for worries about abuse. Plenty of abuse already goes on. (bunny hopping and other unrealistic movements, for one)

So, in short, I think the mod should continue to be improved, and though it is important to try to prevent blatant abuse, this should not prevent progress. If anyone does abuse it, then I am sure they will be privately dealt with.

I think it is a good idea.
